Eye Follow My Nose

In the world of chakras, there is so much information. Spin this. Align that. Things get even more complicated when you realize there are more than the seven chakras we have gotten to know and love.

Our lovely important chakras

Root :  Helps us with stability and grounding to this 3D plane
Sacral :   Helps us with feeling joy and connects to our sensuality
Solar plexus :   Helps us with confidence and finding humour
Heart :  Helps us connect to love, healing, and connection
Throat :   Helps us with communication, expression, and synchronicity
Third eye :   Helps us with gaining insight through dreams, intuition, or other natural psychic abilities
Crown :   Helps us connect with miracles, feeling bliss, and gaining wisdom, and unity.

There are 114 chakras online at this point in time, with 72,000 energy channels that we are aware of a united collective. Each of them has their own role in how we receive perception and how to operate. Now, don't get all caught up trying to keep all your chakras spinning, balanced, and calibrated. We are humans, having human experiences. Our chakras are not supposed to all look the same. The more you practice being self-aware, the easier it will be to be aligned with your best self. Mindful meditation can go a long way to listening to your vessel.

The Nose Chakra

Today eye want to talk about the Nasal Chakra. During my meditations, eye have felt pressure behind the root of my nose. At first, eye thought it might be sinuses, but its a different type of energy. It is not painful. It just is.

This is a chakra eye never see being talked about. Eye feel as if this chakra is more important than we realize. This chakra is the doorway to our prana, or life force energy. It is the heart of the face. When opened, we can smell like never before, giving us more aromas to indulge in, or smell when danger is near. It is also a big receptive chakra. When we want to be receptive to source or to communications from others, this is one of the first chakra on the front lines. Breathing allows us to tap into source energy and clear ourselves so we may listen more intently. The nasal chakra is a huge component of telepathic communications, when connected to the parathyroid (throat chakra) and the heart chakra.

We often conclude that telepathy is involved with the pineal gland, but that is one of the last chakras our telepathy reaches. Telepathy isn't what is taught to us in the mainstream. It is not hearing another person's thoughts. Telepathy is energy, as is everything. Our thoughts get transformed into an energy emission that uses the nose, heart, thyroid, parathyroid, and the pineal gland. Most of our telepathic communications are received from behind of the throat chakra. With practice, one can learn to listen to the message before it reaches our third eye. If we have not understood the message by the time it reaches our pineal gland, it will then pass through the rest of our chakras through different forms of sensations.Telepathy is something we all have the power to understand and use for our highest good. We have been taught to fear or not believe in telepathy when it is a part of our nature. It is part of our power.  We communicate with source through telepathy day by day. Shouldn't we listen?

How to Activate the Nose Chakra

 1. Sit in a comfortable place and do breathing exercises. I recommend the Breath of Fire, but any pranayama is just fine.
2. Shift your focus to your index finger and place it as far as away from you. Point it back at yourself, while keeping your gaze on your finger. Stop about 6 inches to a foot away from your face.
3. Alter your peripheral vision to try and see everything at once rather than at your index finger. This may take a little time if you are not used to managing your eyesight. Take your time, and do this comfortably.
4. Slowly bring your finger to your nose while focusing on your gaze. Drop your finger, keeping your focus on the tip of your nose, while also focusing on your peripheral vision. Once you have a good handle on your gaze, bring your breath into your focus as well.
5. Visualize yourself breathing in navy blue light. Envision this light entering your throat chakra and filling your vessel.
6. If you become dizzy or lightheaded, close your eyes, and keep breathing.
7. Stop the meditation whenever you need to.
