EFT Tapping for Stressful Busy Days

EFT Tapping for Stressful To - Do Lists

Negative perceived emotions can halt our healing process. This may come in the form of stress, anxiety, depression, irritability, ect. By accepting our negative emotions, we are able to learn from them and our current situation. If our emotional body is disrupted, it can make it difficult to navigate current situations. So how do we clear our emotional body out of negative mindsets and beliefs that are holding you back from being the best version of yourself?

EFT tapping helps address energy disruptions within the body's and allows us to put our intention of healing back into play by accepting the disruption rather than suppressing it. This allows us to face our true emotions and further love and accept ourselves, radically. EFT tapping can program our passage ways into clearing the unwanted energy from our vessel and leave us feeling lighter.
